Century City, Milnerton

Milnerton is a laid back, relaxed neighbourhood that's just a 15 minute drive away from the Cape Town CBD. The area has an abundance of natural beauty with Milnerton lagoon, Woodbridge Island, Rietvlei Nature Reserve and Milnerton Beach nearby. Residents take maximum advantage of the surroundings to participate in outdoor pursuits like canoeing, surfing, stand up paddling, kite surfing and running. The area is served by a number of shopping centres including Canal Walk, Bayside Mall and the Paddocks Shopping Centre. Century City offers both residential and business opportunities.The Ratanga Junction amusement park also offers entertainment options for the whole family.

There are many alternatives in the area for those that enjoy an active lifestyle. Theo Marais Park offers squash, cricket, rugby, hockey, baseball and dog handling classes. Fives Futbol, alongside Canal Walk, is where children play football leagues and companies gather for team building events. Bothasig is just a few kilometres from Century City, and has the wonderful Abe Sher Sports Centre where soccer, rugby and baseball are played.

Canal Walk shopping mall is a popular choice for shopping and entertainment, and has adequate parking and security. All major suppliers have stores in the mall. There is an entertainment area for children, a good selection of coffee shops and restaurants, and Nu Metro Cinemas. The Mall is open until 9pm daily.

Edgemead, Century City and Woodbridge Island attract the young professionals, and the upper income bracket. The Milnerton, Bothasig, Richwood and Summer Greens areas have a selection of more affordable properties.
