Acutts at the Market!!
For those Durbanites who have not had the pleasure in experiencing the Shongweni Farmers Market early on a Saturday morning, you are missing out. So says Deborah Snyman, principal of Acutts Hillcrest. “The farmers market has been one of the most well attended markets in the Hillcrest area,” she says “It has a wide range of stands and stalls with everything from goodies for your pet to fresh farm produce as well as a whole host of other interesting things.”

When asked why have a stand at the farmers market Snyman said, “Acutts have had a permanent stand for several years, and we chat with visitors as they pass by, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. We feel part of the market and our clients enjoy seeing us there.
For example, a few weeks ago a visitor chatted to one of our Agents, enquiring about a unit at the popular Aintree Lane complex in Assagay. A few hours later, another visitor enquired about buying a unit in the complex. Our Agent made the appointment for that Monday, took the Purchaser through, and the sale was finalised shortly thereafter.”
